Annotation

The observed increase in environmental pollution and more frequent climate stresses stimulate the introduction of nature-like technologies in all areas of agriculture. Preparations based on microorganisms are taken from natural communities and significantly increase the protective functions of plants against both biotic and abiotic environmental factors without causing damage to nature. One of the main advantages of preparations of biological origin is the preservation of natural soil fertility and an increase in the activity of soil microorganisms. There are a number of reasons hindering the growth of their use. These factors are related to the nature of their origin. There is a significant dependence of the effectiveness of the relationships of living organisms on biocenoses and biogeocenoses in specific environmental conditions. The development of technologies for the use of preparations based on microorganisms and their activity under certain conditions will make it possible to use natural resources wisely. As a result of studies of the effect biological preparations Gamair, Sporex Flavobacterin, Extrasol, Rizomax, FitActive Extra, Ribav Extra, combinations have been identified that positively affect the rooting of lignified cuttings of rootstocks BS-2, Evrika 99, Kuban 86 (AP-1), Krasnaya lenta (KEBS VIR breeding), PKG-13/1, 534 d-16, 918/13, 921-2, 934, 935-13, PK SK-1, PK SK-2 (NCFSCHVW breeding) in the first field of the nursery. The combinations rootstock fungicidal preparation growth-correcting preparation were found, which give the highest yield of plants per linear meter. Their effect on the growth of rootstocks (diameter and height) has been proven. A three-factor variance analysis, where a combination of all these factors (genotype, biofungicide, growth stimulant) was used as a factor, established a significant effect of the latter on the height (27.4%) and diameter (24.6%) of rooted cuttings. Upon receipt of high-quality rootstock material, combinations of preparations based on fungi and bacteria were isolated, which were not inferior in their effectiveness to the options where IMC was used these are Ribav-Rizomax, Ribav-Extrasol, Gamair-FitActive Extra, Extrasol-FitActive Extra.

Annotation

The use for grafting of rootstocks of "super-standard" category can serve as the promising technique of cultivation of fruit crops seedlings. The influence of SC-3, SC-4, SC-2, MM106 rootstocks on the development of annual apple seedlings of Renet Simirenko, Fuji, Liberty varieties is researched. The dependence of the quality of seedlings, grown by budding, from the thickness of the stock is revealed. It is established that increasing the thickness of rootstocks used for growing seedlings of all experimental varieties, is accompanied by growth characteristics such as height and trunk diameter of seedlings, number of branches and length of branches. Of these, the diameter of the trunk, the number and length of branches are the defining characteristics of seedlings capable to harvest in the first year after planting. The diameter of the stock has the biggest influence on a number of branches (46,0 %) and their length (46,2 %) the lesser influence it has on diameter of the trunk (37,6 %), the height of the trunk (29,5 %) and the height of the seedling (29,2 %). Based on these results, a parametric model of quality improvement of dwarf fruit seedlings on the rootstocks of "super-standard" category is elaborated. This model is the discriminant function.

Annotation

The most important direction in the nursery farming is the study of the effect of various bioeffective preparation and fertilizers that can influence the rooting and stimulate the metabolism of plants in order to increase their productivity and resistance to stress factors during the growing season. The top dressing of solutions of mineral fertilizers, which ensures the rapid entering of mineral elements into plant tissues and almost complete assimilation by the plant, is the promising field of research. The main goal of all agrotechnical activities carried out in the nursery is to increase in the yield of standard seedlings, that is, the stimulation of the formation of plants of such height and diameter of the stem that meet the industry standards. The statistically significant increase in the average values of the signs was established in the work with improved methods of gooseberry reproduction, with the use of new-generation preparation to control the quality of planting material. The influence of growth biostimulants and humic fertilizers on the efficiency of gooseberry reproduction in the mother nursery by the method of horizontal layers has been studied. The data of the dispersion analysis of gooseberry plant in the process of treatment with preparations showed the significant influence of the variety genotype on the number of shoots per bush, the number and the total length of the roots, the growth of shoots, and the diameter of the stems. A significant contribution to the variability of the year conditions and the variety genotype was observed in the growth of shoots, the number of roots and their total length. With the help of the correlation coefficient, the dependence of the increase in the yield of planting material from five biometric indices is proved: the diameter of the steams, the number of roots, the growth of shoots, the total root length, and the number of shoots per bush. Statistical analysis showed the significant variability in the responsiveness of gooseberry genotypes to drop dressing with various humic fertilizers and growth biostimulators.

Annotation

The improvement of ways of the accelerated gooseberry reproduction is one of important problems of modern nursery planting. For increase of nursery production tne regulators of growth and organic-mineral fertilizers are used, they influence on the intensity and direction of processes of plants activity and reveal the genotype opportunities. Therefore is the selection of the most effective regulators of growth and the organic-mineral fertilizers with a wide, spectrum of activity affecting the efficiency of a gooseberry production and the quality of horizontal layers is an actual research problem. The field and genetic-statistical methods are used in the woork. There were 5 of a gooseberry varieties in a study. It is researched the nfluence of growth regulators of Zircon and Ribav-extra and the complex fertilizer of Nutrivant plus and organic-mineral fertilizer of Aminokat on efficiency of gooseberry reproduction in the by means of horizontal layers. The four options of preparation introduction of various concentrations are included in the scheme of experience. The data of the carried-out three-factorial dispersive analysis accurately proved the influence of the studied preparations on the quantity and total length of plants roots. The powerful contribution to variability of "conditions of year and a genotype of variety" on a shoot growth is noted. The considerable influence of "year and a genotype of variety" on diameter of plants trunks is revealed. The statistical analysis revealed a considerable specific responsiveness of gooseberry genotypes to the preparations used in the experience. It is proved that the preparation of Ribav Extra is the most effective for Yubileyny gooseberry, for Chernoslivovy and Rodnik gooseberry is Zircon, for Krasnoslavyansky gooseberry is Nutrivant plus + Aminokat. It is shown that the studied preparations did not have a statistically significant impact on a Malakhit gooseberry.

Annotation

The basis of modern technologies of cultivation of fruit and berry crops are the physiological and biological regularities of plants development. This circumstance assumes the development of the high-quality technologies providing the steadily high productivity of fruit orchards. In this regard the most important direction of scientific research in a nursery keeping is studying and an assessment of efficiency of plants growth stimulators and the organic-mineral fertilizers and antistressants. It was a main task of our work. The research was carried out with a gooseberry for revival of this valuable crop. The rooting of gooseberry varieties in a nursery was carried out on the basis of LLC EPF of K.A. Timeryazev in the Ust-Labinsk district of Krasnodar Region. The field methods of research of plants growth and development indexes and mathematic-statistic techniques of processing of the obtained data were used in the work. The carried out statistic analysis has shown a considerable specific reaction of the studied gooseberry genotypes on not root top dressing by various organic and mineral fertilizers, such as Raykat development, Aminokat, and of IAA stimulator of growth and root creation. The carried out research have re-vealed also the various extent of influence of IAA growth factor and the organic and mineral fertilizers the efficiency of reproduction of gooseberry varieties in the nursery by method of horizontal layers. The data of the three-factorial dispersive analysis of dynamics of growth and development of gooseberry layers, when processing uterine plants, by the preparations studied in an experiment, the influence of prep arations such indicators as quantity of plant roots and total length of roots have proved. The efficiency of use of the studied preparations in the nursery and degree on their influence the development of gooseberry varieties are revealed
