It is established that series of grapes Merlot clones show the high production and qualitative potential in the conditions of Anapa-Taman area of Krasnodar region. The results of estimation, selection and reproduction of perspective grapes clones in Ukraine on all stages of clonal breeding from selection of parent bushes and to landing basic nurseries in the nursering farms are presented
Development of grapes plants post vitro during rearing, before planting in the open ground are studied. The difference in plant development due to varietal characteristics are established. The most varieties during rearing showed the growth power inherent in natural growing conditions. The optimum period of rearing for most varieties was 90 days herewith the most high and stable survival in field conditions are marked

The results of research to identify of influence of technological methods, such as infusion of wort on pulp, on amino acid composition of wine made from Muscat variety Viorica are presented. It is established that infusion of wort on pulp dont contribute to increase of mass concentration of amino acids in experienced wine materials compared to controlling that positively impact on its quality
