The results of estimation of plum clonal rootstocks in the conditions of Krasnodar region are presented. The fast fertility and high yielding variety-rootstocks combinations, and also rootstocks with low degree of shoots formation are allocated previously.
The analysis of meteorological data in the Temruyk area of Krasnodar region in the long-term dynamics is presented in the article. The changes of abiotic factors in annual cycle and in the discrete phases of grapes vegetation are shown. In the area conditions the technical and drought resistance grapes varieties are recommended
Resource potential of the agricultural territories
Issues of agriculture ecologization and, in particular, horticulture are considered in a review article. Practical application of knowledge about specific conditions of climatic and orographic terrain features and breed-varietal characteristics of fruit crops also will allow not only avoid unnecessary costs but also save the environment from soil erosion and pollution by means of chemical protection and fertilizers
Breeding and production of planting material
The analysis of fruit crops saplings production in the Krasnodar region for 5 last years is presented in the article. Producer structure, the phytosanitary situation and cultivar policy in the orchard nursery are analised. The problems of the modern fruit crops saplings production in the region are allocated and the possible ways of these problems decision are given.
Mineral nutrition of plants
The results of research of efficiency of new preparations influence on commodity qualities, chemical composition and storage ability of different apple varieties ripening in adverse weather conditions in the South of Russia are presented.
Management of soil fertility
Cumulative impact of density of addition and water regime of brown forest soil on planting condition and yield capacity of Aydared apple-tree in the conditions of foothills of Krasnodar region is established. It is presented the refined indicators of critical power levels of loose layer and density of addition of root zone of soil layer when the oppression of apple trees on middle-growing rootstocks on forest soils of foothills is displayed.
Phytosanitary condition of plants
The results of phytosanitary monitoring of myco-, patho- and entomocenosis of stone fruit crops in the unstable climatic conditions of Krasnodar region are presented
Significant distinctions by quantity of leaves stoma on resistant and nonresistant Cerasus Mill. forms are established statistically. During a field assessment of new hybrid plants of NCRRIH&V collection the groups with different reaction on Coccomyces hiemalis Higgins were selected, they can be used as a selection material for receiving of low growing stocks of stone fruit cultures.
The results of long-term research of species composition of spider mites of fruit plantations are presented. The most typical damage traits of pome and stone fruit cultures are established. The data about degree of influence of spider mites on agrocenosis resistance depending on application of new perspective insecticides are obtained.

The materials of research of biologically active substances of champagne wine materials, made from different grapes varieties grown in the AF Milstrim-Black Sea wines Temryuk area are presented.
The method of identification of biogenic amines in the wine production is developed. The intervals of concentration varying of biogenic amines are established. The question of influence of sorbents used in the winemaking on process of aminoacids decarboxylation is considered.
