Fruit growing
and viticulture of South Russia
Genetic Resources, Cultivar, selection
The results of long-term work on the selection of the apple rootstocks adapted to the conditions of Southern horticulture are presented. The morphological description and the main economicallyvaluble characteristics of apple rootstocks series SK (North Caucasus) – SK 2U, SK 3, SK 4, SK 5, SK 7 are given.
The results of research concerning creating of true-bred seedlings of a sweet cherry for industrial orchards of Krasnodar region are presented. The basic approbational features of individual elements of seedlings in the nursery are established.
Breeding and production of planting material
The results of analytical research of modern technological practices in the orchard nursery and previous ones are presented. The forecast for nursery studies basic parameters of the 6th technological way is given.
Krone formation of annuals seedlings in the orchard nursery depends on many factors among which are the following determining factors: biological tendency of varieties to branching, the quality of sapling, intensity of growth of seedlings, methods stimulating branching coupled with a high level of agricultural technology.
The positive influence of non-root application of complex mineral fertilizers and biologically active substances to increase the productivity of mother planta-tion of apple rootstocks, increase in quality of sapling and profitability of production is established.
The results of long-term studies on the rooting of indeterminant immune and highly resistant to Blumeriella jaapii (Rehm.) forms of rootstocks of stone fruit selection of NCRRIH&V with growth regulators are presented.
The results of research on walnut grafting obtained in experimental plots over the recent period are presented in the article. Promising method of reproduction of grafted walnut seedling (normal flap grafting buttstock), which increases yield of high quality walnut plants by 15-20% compared with the traditional methods of propagation is defined.
RECEPTION OF THE IMPARTED RODS AND CULTIVATION FROM THEM SAPLINGS AT RESTORATION OF BUSHES OF GRAPES
Experimental data on influence of modes of an inoculation by a method of inoculation buttstock without bud awakening on degree of restoration and the further fructification of grape bushes are received. Possibility of si-multaneous reception of the imparted rods is established.
The results of scientific research on the application of food starches for preparing solid nutrient media in cultivation of grapes in vitro are presented. Positive influence of corn, potato and wheat starches on processes of establishment, proliferation and development of microclones of grapes is experimentally proved.
The features of method of the microfocus X-ray analysis to assess the quality of planting stock of grapes are studied.
The results of experiments on the reproduction of Syrian hibiscus ligneous and green cuttings in different rooting conditions have been considered. The most promising methods of rooting are revealed.
Mineral nutrition of plants
The results of studying the influence of non-root top-dressing fertilizers target action, in combination with bioactive agents on the formation of physiologically highly active leave apparatus and growth processes of young apple plants in the orchard nursery are presented.
We studied the system of forming a productive seedling strawberry in the mother planting with the use of growth regulator gibberellin and humic fertilizer Gumi-20K, Gumi-20M, providing an increase of planting stock more than 2 times.
We studied influence of technological methods on the yield and quality of planting stock of strawberry in a mother plantation. Features of formation of quality planting stock of strawberry of different periods of maturing are established with the three-time application of non-root top-dressing by humic fertilizer «Power of life».
On the basis of collaborative research by scientists in Russia and Kazakhstan new efficient plant growth regulators were allocated, the use of which ensures high profitability of production of seedlings of fruit crops and grapes.
