The analysis of the existing zoned assortment formulates the main tasks of breeding of table grape varieties: the need to create high-quality ultra-early and early varieties; the seedless varieties with a smart bunch and large berries, characterized by high keeping quality and suitability for long-term storage; the varieties with increased frost resistance and resistance to harmful organisms. The breeding of new varieties by hybridization is that by directed, scientifically based selection of parent pairs for crossing in one hybrid organism it is possible to combine certain desirable features of parent pairs or their complex. It is possible, using the method of hybridization, to obtain the grape varieties with a new modified genotype, which was not previously in nature and culture. In the course of scientific work, the objects of research were the hybrid forms of table grapes, selected to the elite. Research work on the study of hybrid forms on the complex of economic-valuable breed-ing characteristics was carried out by field and laboratory methods on the ampelographic collection of Anapa Zonal Experimental Station of Viticulture and Wine-making. Analyzing the agrobiological parameters of studied hybrid forms, it can be concluded that the lowest fruiting coefficient is in the hybrid form of III-59-43 0,5, and the highest in III-59-13 form 1,2. The fruitfullness coefficient of all varieties and hybrid forms ranges from 0.7 to 1.8, with the lowest in the table grape form of III-62-59, and the highest in the III-59-43 form. The average yield per bush is maximum in the forms of III-62-10 and III-62-59. The fruitfulness of one shoot is the highest in forms of III-59-13, III-59-6, III-62-10. The results of berries biochemical Analysis of the studied hybrid grapes forms showed the highest concentration of sugar in the berries of III-59-43, III-59-6 and III-62-10 forms. The lowest acidity of the berries juice is in the hybrid form of III-59-13.

This article presents an analysis of the grape genetic resources at the global and Russian levels. In many countries of the world, the national programs for the conservation and use of plant genetic resources are developed and implemented. The work provides the information on the formation of common approaches to the use of existing bioresource collections in Russia and the creation of a unified information system. In addition, the results of the work on preserving the gene pool of grapes at the Anapa experimental station of viticulture and winemaking over the past two years are shown. A comparative analysis of the quantitative ratio of grape varieties growing in the other ampelographic collections is given. In particular, according to the number of samples, the Anapa ampelographic collection is the largest collection of grapes in Russia, in which there are the samples from thirty-two collections belonging to eighteen states of the world. Every year, the collection is replenished with an average of ten varieties. A comprehensive study of them is necessary to identify the patterns of adaptive reactions of grape varieties of various ecological and geographical origin to changing conditions of the growing season and the selection of donors and sources of breeding-valuable traits for use in the breeding. That is the preservation of the collect grape gene pool is a certain difficulty in connection with the different adaptive ability of the varieties under the other soil and climatic conditions that differ from the conditions of the previous cultivation. In this regard, this article provides the information on the relaying of the largest ampelographic collection in Russia, in which it is planned to replenish the gene pool of grapes with Kuban wild-growing forms that are of interest in the breeding.

This article presents the results of the most relevant now breeding work on the creation of new grape technical varieties and the selection of elite forms, since there is a shortage of technical grapes in the assortment. It is important with the indigenous varieties to create and cultivate the new technical varieties that combine the high quality of products with adaptability to abiotic and biotic stress factors the characteristics are necessary for the production of original wines, with a high level of sugar accumulation. The study of this problem for the Anapo-Taman zone is of great interest. As a result of research work on the study of a complex of economically valuable breeding traits for elite hybrid grape forms of technical purposefulness of middle and late ripening a number of features are revealed: an elite hybrid form III-59-24 stands out among the other of the studied forms by the average yield of berries from the bush (taking into account the relatively small average number of fruiting shoots on the bush) 8,1 kg, with high fruiting and fruitfulness ratios 1,1, low acidity of berries 5,7 g / dm3; the elite hybrid form III-62-24 is characterized by an average yield from the bush of 8.2 kg, a high fruit bearing coefficient of 1.1, a high sugar content in the berries of 20,1 g / 100 cm3; the elite hybrid form of K-I-74-1 has the largest bunches, the highest yield from one bush in comparison with the other studied forms, a high concentration of sugar in berries, the largest fruitiness of one shoot as well as the big mass of the bunch.

There are 4911 varieties of table and technical grapes are in the ampelographic collection of the Anapa Zonal Experimental Station now. This collection is replenished annually due to introductions, breeding of hybrids, searching for wild forms. The dominant part of the collection's gene pool belongs to the species Vitis vinifera L., about 2 % comes from Vitis labrusca L., the single varieties belong to some other types of grapes. As a result of the varietal composition analysis of table grapes according to the timing of maturation, a relatively identical quantitative selection of varieties annually are established. It allows you to create an economically viable conveyor of production and sale of table grapes, taking into account the specifics of the resort area of the Black Sea coast. Of particular value are varieties of early and super early ripening, which provide the highest profitability of table viticulture, but it is not enough in the assortment of early ripening varieties, and this problem is very important for the resort Southern areas. There is a great need for stable table grape varieties with large, elegant bunches and berries with unusual shape and beautiful color of the berries, characterized by high taste qualities. According to these parameters, the highest selling price of grapes is formed. Analysis of the composition of technical grape varieties revealed their quantitative varietal ratio in the processing of grape products. This makes it possible to evenly load the capacity of the plants for the production of wine. It is shown in the article that favorable weather conditions contributed to the full flowering pollination of grapevines. Therefore, the bunches were aligned and full at the main quantity of varieties. In this regard, the share of technical varieties with a harvest of up to 90 quintals per hectare decreased by 30 % compared to 2015. And the share of varieties with a yield of more than 150 centners per hectare increased.

The assessment of the diversity of fungal communities and the study of the bioindicational significance of mycological indicators is relevant for the biomonitoring of ampelocenoses. This article shows the results of studying the quantitative and qualitative composition of communities of saprotrophic micromycetes associated with annual shoots of wild and cultivated grape plants. The study was conducted in 2020 in various districts of the Krasnodar Territory (Western Ciscaucasia). The objects of the study were wild grape plants from the natural conditions of the forest ecotopes of the state reserve "Utrish "(Anapa district) and Krymsky district, as well as cultivated grape plants of 4 varieties of grapes of different genotypes, cultivated in the plantings of JSC agrofirm Yuzhnaya (Temryuk district). Studies have shown that the number of saprotrophic micromycetes associated with the annual vine varies depending on the place of sampling and ranges from 232.9...3203.2 thousand. CFU/g of dry matter on wild grapes and in the range of 118.9...344.1 thousand. CFU / g of dry matter on cultivated grapes. The highest densities of fungal populations 1119.7 and 3203.2 CFU/g of dry matter were recorded on vines from forest ecotopes, the lowest index of 118.9 CFU / g of dry matter was recorded on vines from ampelocenosis, on wild vines the main share in the studied fungal communities was occupied by hyphal or mold fungi, on average their share was 95.1 %, while yeast occupied 4.2 %, and yeast-like fungi 0.7 % of the complex. On cultivated vines, hyphal fungi also occupied a large part in the structure of fungal communities, but their share was 1.7 times less than on wild plants. Yeast (26.5 %) and yeast-like fungi (18.4 %) accounted for a much larger share.
