Annotation

The purpose of the research was to develop optimal algorithms for obtaining resonance frequency preparations of heteroauxin to intensify the production of own-rooted grape seedlings. The previously revealed regularities of processing the intermediate carrier by an electromagnetic field in the spectrum of resonant frequencies of biologically active substances during direct removal are confirmed. To clarify the degree of efficiency of the operating modes of the process hardware in relation to the tasks being solved, certified devices have been tested both in independent and in coupled versions of operation. An assessment of the applicability of individual operating modes of the equipment used in obtaining resonance frequency preparations is given. Optimal algorithms for their creation based on the properties of native heteroauxin are revealed. The high efficiency of the coupled use of the IMEDIS-BRT-A devices in the transfer and MINI-EXPERT-DT modes of the 1997-2009 model with the output of the operating frequency spectrum through the emitter connected to it is shown. A number of positive results were obtained during the independent application of the IMEDIS-BRT-A device in the transfer mode with additional modulation of the electromagnetic field of the emitted spectrum according to the golden section principle. The high efficiency of the use of available technical means for the treatment of the intermediate component with an electromagnetic field in the frequency spectrum of the preparation heteroauxin for rooting grape cuttings has been established. A working hypothesis of the obtained results is proposed, which consists in the fact that the treatment of biological objects with resonance frequency preparations made from a native matrix preparation can purposefully stimulate the synthesis of those substances whose spectral analogues they are. At the same time, there is a synergistic effect of the interaction of the frequency analogue with the native starting substance, since in the experiment variant, where the matrix was absent under the same operating modes of the equipment as when working with the matrix-preparation, the effectiveness of the experiment was consistently lower. The expressed hypotheses, in our opinion, have a basis and require further study of the effects obtained in order to consolidate the results obtained and transfer recommendations to production.

Annotation

The purpose of the article was to study the effect of inverse transfer preparations of the resonant frequency range of heteroauxin for obtaining own-rooted grape seedlings. An analytical review of methods for carrying out the transfer of resonant frequencies with parametric characteristics of biological processes is carried out. The potential of using an electromagnetic field with fixed spectral characteristics of the frequencies of chemical and biological preparations for their processing of biological objects is revealed. The effect of inverse transfer preparations of the resonant frequency range of heteroauxin on the regenerative processes of the processed planting material during the production of own-rooted grape seedlings was found. As a result of the work carried out to establish possible options for removing the frequency spectrum of a native preparation with specialized technological equipment, its applicability for obtaining and using a modulated low-intensity electromagnetic field in the production of own-rooted grape seedlings is shown. The indicators of regenerative ability rooting and shoot formation for two-buds oneyear-old cuttings of the Citron Magaracha grape variety were studied. The resonant frequencies of the native heteroauxin, taken from the preparation in inversion, in the experiment performed the role of modulating for the carrier, the main spectrum of operating frequencies, which in our case were the so-called Schumann waves. The control was a sample of the carrier (water) processed by the carrier frequency spectrum used by the equipment. Positive results have been obtained from the use of an inverse preparation of the resonant frequency spectrum taken from the native heteroauxin as a medium stimulating the ability of plant tissues to regenerate. The increase in the rooting ability index in all variants of the experiment proved to be the main one, while the positive dynamics of the change in the indicator of shoot-formation of grape cuttings revealed itself to a small extent. The previously formulated working hypothesis about the manifestation of the similarity principle in the application of the obtained resonance-frequency preparations of heteroauxin has been confirmed. A high degree of efficiency of mass-produced specialized equipment in relation to the tasks being solved is determined. The key algorithms for the creation of transfer preparations of native chemical substances are proposed. Further confirmations of the previously identified laws of water treatment as a carrier of the resonance frequency spectrum of the initial preparation were received.

Annotation

There has been a positive trend in the development of winemaking in Russia in recent years, which indicates a qualitative transformation of the wine industry. However, as a result of the grapes processing in the production of wine materials or juices, a large amount of waste is formed, which is easily exposed to uncontrolled decomposition, leading to contamination of the soil, water and air. Therefore, they must be treated, disposed, or reused properly. Grape pomace from dark-colored grape varieties is one of the inexpensive and promising sources with added value, which can potentially be re-processed in the production of new products of commercial interest for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic and food industries. Special attention should be paid to the natural food anthocyanin dye obtained from such raw materials (enocianina). For these purposes, we have developed and proposed an innovative technology consisting in the application of a cascading effect of electromagnetic, enzymatic and physico-chemical treatments of raw materials, which allows due to minimization of the number of technological operations and without the use of aggressive media to obtain a natural dye with the maximum yield of coloring substances, reaching 95 %, in comparison with similar technologies. The chemical composition of the enocianina solution obtained by this method is rich in anthocyanins, the total amount of which in the composition of the concentrated extract is 3.5-3.7 %. The proposed technology allows us to obtain natural food anthocyanin dye from grape pomace at wineries without technical re-equipment of existing technological lines, which can also serve as a significant additional source of income for wineries.

Annotation

Flour confectionery products have always been popular with the population, and biscuits are one of the highly valued products of the industry. At the same time, the technology of biscuits is not easy to implement, and the popularity of products of this type requires the manufacturer to increase both quantitative and qualitative indicators of manufactured products with the minimum possible increase in the cost of finished products. The purpose of the proposed development is to increase the efficiency of the main production, with an increase in the quality and safety of manufactured products. We simultaneously solved two main tasks the disposal of waste products, which inevitably arise during the development of any food product, as well as the search for an inexpensive and fast way to increase the microbiological purity of products, which will increase their safety for the consumer, prolong the shelf life while reducing the number of irretrievable losses. The biscuit is a product that is quite demanding for careful and strict compliance with the parameters of technology at each individual stage of production. At the same time, the ability to keep products fresh for a long time, even in the form packed in a polymer film, can be provided mainly through the use of preservatives. The problem associated with the microbiological contamination of the air of industrial premises and the surface of equipment, as well as the main raw materials, is the most acute production problem associated with the technology of biscuits, since this product in all respects manifests itself as an favorable environment for the development of molds and bacteria that cause spoilage of finished products in a short time. In this regard, we have developed and proposed a technology for the rational disposal of industrial waste, substandard and expired products. The target product of this method is ethyl alcohol from food raw materials, which is used as the main antiseptic agent of the production carried out. The basic technological scheme of the method of disposal of biscuit production waste with the production of food alcohol is recommended to the production and its use as a means of reducing the microbiological hazards of the main production is recommended.

Annotation

The purpose of the research was to study the effect of resonant frequency preparations of roots on the regenerative properties of grape cuttings during vegetative reproduction. An analytical review of techniques and methods of using resonant frequencies affecting biological processes in the low-frequency range with low-intensity exposure is given. The potential possibility of using electromagnetic field treatments in a fixed spectrum of frequencies and frequencies of the spectrum characteristic of individual chemical preparations and biological processes is shown. The positive influence of the resonant frequencies of the root meristem on the regeneration processes of cuttings during the production of the planting material of grape has been established. Work has been done to establish possible options for the coupling of technological equipment for the use of a modulated low-intensity electromagnetic field in the production of grape planting material. The indicators of rooting and shoot formation of two-bud annual cuttings of the technical variety Citronnyi Magaracha have been studied. The resonant frequencies of the root tissue in the experiment performed the role of modulating the main spectrum of operating frequencies, which is the carrier. A support structure (water) treated with the spectrum of carrier frequencies of the applied equipment was used as a control sample. Positive results of the application of the root meristem as a source of resonant frequencies for the creation of a stimulating drug have been obtained. The effect of this drug on the growth of the shoot formation index manifested itself as the main one out of five in three variants of the experiment, where the secondary effect was a positive dynamic of changes in the rooting index of grape cuttings. As a working hypothesis explaining the obtained effects, an assumption is made about the manifestation of the similarity principle characteristic of interacting living systems. The basic algorithms for the reception and transmission of resonant frequencies characteristic of the tissues of young grape roots are proposed. The established regularities of processing the working carrier (water) with the resonant frequency spectrum of the biological product when it is directly removed from the source are confirmed. In order to clarify the degree of efficiency of the operating modes of the process hardware in relation to the tasks being solved, the mass-produced specialized equipment has been tested in independent and coupled operation modes. Optimal algorithms for the hardware production of a resonant-frequency stimulating drug based on the root meristem are proposed.
