The results of development of technology of vineyard creation using the stratified and hardened grafted cuttings, passing the seedlings cultivation stage in the new plantation are presented in the article.
The interrelation between frost resistance of grapes buds and their size in the conditions of the Anapo-Taman zone of Krasnodar region, after influence of negative temperatures to - 26 C is studied. The correlation for a number of technical varieties between these indicators is established. The method of diagnostics of grapes varieties of on the frost resistance, based on partial correlation of traits is offered
