Now, there is no systematic scientific knowledge about the mechanisms of specific agrochemical preparations influence the qualitative and quantitative indicators of grapes and wine products obtained from areas with high rockiness, salinity and low level of soil fertility. The article presents the results of studies on the influence of various non-root products the quality and biological value of wine products from infertile soil. The objects of research were grapes of varying degrees of bush suppression and Chardonnay wine with treatment of non-root preparations (Gumel Lux, Phylloton, Agrumax). The experience of studying the influence of foliar top dressing the productivity of a grape plant and the wine quality was laid in the Anapa Region on grape plantings grafted on Berlandieri x Riparia Kober 5BB rootstock, 2006 planting, scheme of a 3x1.5, formation of two-armed cordon Cazenava. The results of studies in 2019 showed that the treatment of bushes growing on conditionally suitable soil with the studied non-root preparations had a positive effect on the yield and technological quality of Chardonnay grapes. Variants of normally developed bushes treated with Agrumax and Phylloton 9.2 and 8.1 kg/bush, respectively, showed the best yield results. The most extractive in the experiment proved to be the wine materials with bush`s treatment of Gumel Lux, which affected the taste of these samples. In terms of organoleptic parameters, in the year of the study, the wine material from grapes processed with the Gumel Lux proved to be the best. In the experiment, there is a tendency to increase the organoleptic evaluation of white wine as the concentration of malic acid decreases. So, wine materials from Gumel Lux processing grapes were most highly rated, where the amount of malic acid was minimal 2.1-2.2 g / dm3.

The data of study of Kuban grapevines wild forms are presented to select the sources with resistance to various biotic and abiotic stress-factors. Wild forms of grapes can be both theoretical and practical value for breeding. The aim of the present work was to study the morpho-biological and genetic diversity of grape plants of the genus Vitis L., growing on the territory of the Utrish state nature reserved area on the Black Sea coast of the Krasnodar Territory. The territory of the reserved area is interested for the study of wild forms of grapes as it was the place of ancient settlements. As a result of the expedition, wild grapes were found in the district Vodopadnaya shchel in the Utrish nature reserved area in the amount of 10 populations that are outwardly resistant to the effects of abiotic and biotic environmental stress-factors. A morphological and biological Study of grape plants was carried out and a characteristic of their ecological conditions was given. An ampelographic description of the forms by 10 characteristics is presented. In order to study the genetic diversity of the found forms, a DNA-marker analysis of wild grape plants was carried out. The study was performed using microsatellite markers linked to the Rpv3 and Rpv10 genes, which determine resistance to downy mildew. The presence of functional alleles of these genes in the analyzed samples helps to reveal the origin of genotypes, which is one of the objectives of the study. The indicated genes were not found in the found grape forms. In general, according to the results of microsatellite analysis, it can be noted, that some of the samples are polymorphic to each other, while others have a high degree of similarity. The work on the study of wild forms of grapes in this area is carried out for the first time

In the modern wine growing for fight against a root phylloxera an inoculation of European-Asian grapes varieties on rootstocks steady against this wrecker is using. In this article the information is presented what types of rootstocks of domestic and foreign breeding are used in the modern branch of wine growing. The area of their use is described, the useful properties of rootstocks and their demerits are described. The purpose of this work is creating of new grapes rootstocks which wouldn't have the merits of existing rootstocks. The short description of the grapes rootstocks of breeding of the Anapa's Zonal Experimental Station of wine growing and winemaking as AZOS-1, AZOS-2, AZOS-3, AZOS-4, AZOS-5 and AZOS-6 is given in the article. It is indicated that these rootstocks have a high resistance to a leaf form of phylloxera, to chlorosis and to some other diseases of a grapes bush. They have the short period of vegetation, a high quantity of standard cutting from hectare and other useful properties. In the article the description of a new formation of rootstocks grapes bushes of "AOS-1" with a free trail shoots is given. This construction of grapes bush is developed by the Anapa's Zonal Experimental Station of wine growing and winemaking. It is also given all advantages of this forming in comparison with other designs of grapes bushes. It is especially noted that use of this forming of bushes increases the productivity per men in the process of bushes scrap and preparation of cutting; the expenditures on the struggle against diseases and wreckers on the vineyards are reduced; the quantity standard of grapes cutting increases by 27-33%.

The wild forms of grapes in the forests of the State nature reserve Utrish are found for first time and studied. Several habitats of wild grapes, presumably belonging to the species of Vitis vinifera ssp, silvestris Gmel. or its varieties - var. tipica Negr. typical wild forest grapes have been studied. A detailed description of the phytocenoses in which the studied forms of plants grow is carried out. Ecological and geographical characteristics of their habitats are given. The samples were taken for further genetic analysis. It is noted in the article that many research have been carried out on the study of wild plants and indigenous grape varieties in the Crimea, Daghestan, along the banks of the Don and others, but there is still no scientific data on the origin and presence of Kuban wild and indigenous forms of grapes. As for the territory of the Utrish reserve, as a unique place of ancient settlements, such studies will be conducted for the first time. Recently, the biodiversity of the Vitaceae Juss family markedly increases, at the same time there are new data on the expanding gene pool of cultural and wild grapes Vitis vinifera L. At the same time, there are new methods of polymorphism analysis of such diversity, but the problem of cultivated grapes origin remains unresolved. This article presents only the first scientific data on the ecological conditions of growth and morphological and biological features of the founded wild forms of grapes in the territory of the Utrish State reserve. It is important to note that this study is only the beginning of research work on the study of the origin of the Kuban wild grapes and identification among them of the sources, and in the future donors of resistance to various biotic and abiotic environmental factors. The ultimate goal of this study is to include the selected sustainable wild forms in the breeding process and replenishment of the grapes gene pool.
