Results of research on the application of the method of cartograms for working out of adequate measures for restriction of virus infection diffusion, for allocation of the most important ways of viruses diffusion and an assessment of their basic characteristics (speed and diffusion degree, localization, transmitting agents, etc.) are given.
The necessity of optimizing the parameters of technology and economic efficiency of production is substantiated. A methodological tools for the formation of a rational structure of fruit plantations is developed. The evaluation of efficacy of structural and parametric optimization of reproduction processes is given.
It has been established that in the conditions of the foothills in the region of the Western Approaches of Caucasus in the plantations with the rows oriented to the westwards from the east the application of new methods of lighting of the rounded tree krones improves light conditions and apple fruit quality.
The relationship between biochemical characteristics and physiological mechanisms of apple resistance to abiotic stress of different origin varieties are established. The dynamics of the metabolism of apple varieties in view phenological phases of development, and during their long storage is analyzed. Quality indicators of high resistance of fruits to physiological diseases during stor-age, allowing to predict the storage period are established
The results of the technological evaluation of apple varieties with immune or high resistant to scab for juice production of selection ARRIHB are presented and varieties and hybrids, allowing to obtain a product with higher rates of food security are selected
