The principles of the functional and art organization of the urbanized environment by means of landscape design are stated in the article.
Polymorphism of 10 microsatellite loci of Cabernet Sauvignon, Saperavi grapes and their certified clones was studied. An analysis of previously identified by clonal selection grapes protoclones is conducted with perspective for clonal polymorphism identification SSR-markers. 7 protoclones of Cabernet Sauvignon and 2 protoclones of Saperavi with differences in the studied loci from original cultivares are allocated.
he results of assessment of remontant blossoming of eight strawberry hybrid combinations are presented. One strawberry variety is allocated as a donor of the trait studied and one variety as the source of that trait.
This article presents the results of pear breeding with the purpose of creating of new high adaptive varieties that combine the resistance to adverse environment factors and fungal diseases, stable productivity, small size of tree crown, the attractiveness of appearance and good taste of fruits.
The results of long-term economy-biological evaluation of pears varieties on rootstock VA-29 in the conditions of Stavropol region are presented. On the total combination of valuable traits the pears variety-rootstock combinations of different maturing are recommended.
